Ironwood Principal Biography

Mrs. Rosales was raised in Casa Grande, Arizona and attended elementary and middle school within the Casa Grande Elementary School District.  She graduated from Casa Grande Union High School and soon after began her college career at Central Arizona College.  Mrs. Rosales graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.  She began her teaching career as a kindergarten teacher at Cholla Elementary.

Knowing she wanted to pursue a leadership position, she became the Teacher On Assignment at both Cholla and Palo Verde Elementary.  Mrs. Rosales was very fortunate to be able to serve as the TOA at McCartney Ranch and Cholla the following year.  During the last four years at Cholla, she began pursuing her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and graduated from Northern Arizona University in the winter of 2015.

In the spring, Mrs. Rosales was appointed principal of Ironwood Elementary for the following school year.  She feels very fortunate to be able to work with an outstanding staff and is looking forward to building relationships with the students and families at Ironwood.

When Mrs. Rosales is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.  She loves crafting, decorating, and is passionate about finding ways to make others feel special.
